1、园艺学报2005,32(3):420~425ActaHorticulturaeSinica不同光质对番茄幼苗生长和生理特性的影响11*12蒲高斌刘世琦刘磊任丽华12(山东农业大学园艺学院,泰安271018;济宁市农业科学研究院,济宁272400)摘要:就不同光质(蓝光、绿光、黄光、红光及白光)对番茄幼苗生长和生理特性的影响做了探究。结果表明,红光处理的幼苗干物质积累多,叶面积扩展快,叶绿素含量、光合速率、可溶性糖及总糖含量均最高,叶绿素a/b比值及总氮含量最低。蓝光处理幼苗的茎粗、叶面积、根系活力、光合速率均显著高于对照(白光)。壮苗指数以蓝光或红光处理的较好,说明在苗期照射红光

5、werehigherthanthatofwhitelight.Thehealthyindexoftheseedlingtrea-tedbybluelightwasmaximal,andtheredlighttreatmentwasthesecond.Itisconcludedthatbluelightorredlighttreatmentcouldacceleratethegrowthoftomatoseedlings,andbenefitthebreedingofhealthyseed-ling.Thebloomingwasearlyandtheyieldwasimproved
6、obviouslybybluelighttreatment.Keywords:Tomato;Seedling;Lightquality;Growth;Physiologicalcharacteristics在中国北方地区的番茄(LycopersiconesculentumMill.)设施栽培中,其育苗正值低温弱光的冬季,一些防寒保温措施更降低了光照强度,缩短了照光时数,从而限制了幼苗的健壮生长。已有研究〔1〕〔2〕〔3〕表明,光质对植物的生长发育、光合特性、产量、品质、抗逆和衰老等方面均有较大影响。光质对番茄幼苗影响的研究较少,并多集中于形态指标的调查。本试验旨在探明不同光质对番
