2、析国内外130份甘蓝型油菜材料,共检测到191个等位变异,每对引物的等位变异数变幅为3~9个,平均为5.7879;有效等位变异数(Ne)变幅为1.9068~7.4790,平均为4.7307;多样性指数(He)变幅为0.7738~2.0451,平均为1.5515;引物个体识别能力(DP值)变幅为0.3892~0.8629,平均为0.7428;多态信息含量(PIC值)变幅为0.4756~0.8663,平均为0.7640。主坐标分析表明:33对核心引物可以将供试材料明确区分,并按照遗传相似性归为3类。通过逐级筛选,最终确定7对引物
