1、中国科技论文在线http://www.paper.edu.cn神经电生理检测推拿对CCI大鼠感觉功能#的影响**罗晔,姚斌彬,于天源5(北京中医药大学针灸推拿学院)摘要:目的:从神经电生理角度探讨推拿对CCI模型的大鼠感觉功能的影响,证实推拿拨法对慢性坐骨神经压迫性损伤的治疗作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠44只随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和拨法组,每组12只,采用CCI制作实验性坐骨神经慢性压迫性损伤模型,造模后7d和28d后对所有大鼠进行光热耐痛阈实验,神经电生理检测坐骨神经运动传导速10度(MCV)和感觉传导速度(SCV),取材做坐骨神经HE染色。拨法组
2、大鼠进行推拿拨法治疗,其余组不做处理。结果:拨法组造模后7d的光热耐痛阈数值和坐骨神经MCV、SCV均与模型组无差异,经过拨法治疗20次后,二者之间有显著差异(P<0.05),且逐渐接近正常组水平。结论:推拿拨法可明显促进大鼠坐骨神经感觉功能的恢复,加快神经传导速度,升高光热耐痛阈值,缓解痛觉功能障碍。15关键词:推拿拨法;神经电生理;CCI中图分类号:R244.1EffectsofTuinaontheSensoryFunctionogtheCCIModelRatsthroughNerveElectrophysiology20LUOYe,YAOBinbin
