1、中国科技论文在线http://www.paper.edu.cn富氢盐水对东莨菪碱诱导大鼠干眼模型眼#表保护作用**楚莹莹,华宁,茹玉莎,赵少贞5(天津医科大学眼科医院,天津医科大学眼视光学院,天津医科大学眼科研究所,天津,300384)摘要:目的探讨富氢盐水(HRS)对东莨菪碱诱导大鼠干眼模型眼表保护作用。方法6周龄Wistar大鼠30只(60眼)随机分为正常组、干眼组、HRS点眼组、生理盐水(NS)点眼组、10HRS腹腔注射组和NS腹腔注射组。皮下注射东莨菪碱制备干眼模型。各组行泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT
2、)、角膜上皮荧光素钠染色评分;行HE染色、过碘酸-雪夫(PAS)染色及免疫组化染色。采用方差分析及LSD检验。结果比较各组SIt、BUT及荧光素钠染色评分差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。HRS点眼组和HRS腹腔注射组均较干眼组改善;且二者差异无统计学意义。HE染色示HRS点眼组和HRS腹腔注射组角结膜上皮水肿减轻;PAS15染色示杯状细胞形态改善;免疫组化染色示鳞状上皮化生减轻。结论HRS点眼和HRS腹腔注射均缓解大鼠干眼症状,改善角结膜组织病理损伤,为干眼治疗带来新希望。关键词:干眼;富氢盐水;东莨菪碱;大鼠中图分类号:
