1、宾馆客户管理信息系统设计与实现摘要随着社会的发展，科技的进步，宾馆对于人们提供的便捷也是不容质疑，而传统的宾馆客户管理已适应不了社会的需求，取而代之的则是计算机系统的管理。在正常的运营中需要对客房资源、客户信息、结算信息进行管理，利用宾馆管理信息系统及时了解各个环节中信息的变更，有利于提高管理效率。宾馆客户管理信息系统主要包括客房信息管理，订房信息管理，结算信息管理，金额统计等几个部分。整个系统有数据库文件和数据库管理系统两大部他构成，系统根据VisualBassic6.0的相关内容对系统中所含有的界面、控件、文本框等的属性进行操作和编程设计，使系统运行更加连贯，在此基础上，进一步完善
