3、swereshowedthatlysozymemaintaineditsoriginalsecondarystructureintheprocessoflysozymeimmobilization.Andtheoptimalexperimentalconditionswereexplored.Thismaterialpossessedahighlysozymeimmobilizedamount(648±5.1mg/gsupport).Inaddition,itwasfoundthattheadsorptionprocesswassuitablefortheLan
4、gmuirisothermalmodel.Andtheactivityofimmobilizedlysozymestillkeptabout52%oftheoriginalenzyme;theuseofimmobilizedenzyme15wasdistinguished,andtheactivityremainedabout25%afterusing4timesrepeatedly.Keywords:Materialscience,Hierarchicallyporousbioactiveglass,Lysozyme,Characterization0Intr

6、PM),wereinvestigated.Theoptimumconditionswereobtainedandthenovelmaterialspossessahighlysozymeimmobilizedamount(648±5.1mg/gsupport).Theimmobilizedlysozymehasahighactivityandismaintainedatabout52%of25theoriginalenzyme,anditholdsahighutilizationrate,theactivityremainedabout25%afterusing
