5、antpropertyofabuildingmaterialisitsstiffness.Thispropertyisdefinedbytheelasticmodulus,whichistheratioofthestress(forceperunitarea),tothestrain(deformationperunitlength).Theelasticmodulus,therefore,isameasureoftheresistanceofamaterialtodeformationunderload.Fortwomaterialsofequa
