3、oourStudents'lifeandstudy.Justforemployment,asisknowntoall,employmentsituationofcurrentuniversitystudentisnotoptimisticinchina.Manynewly-graduatedstudentscouldn'tfindgoodjobrightnow.Takemymajorasexample,Lawisaprofessionalwithlowestemploymentrateformanyyears.Ononehand,manylawfir
4、mssethighthresholdforstudents,usuallydemandingmaster'sorhigherdegree.Ontheotherhand,China'slegalsystemisnotperfect,solegalsciencespecialtyundergraduatestudentshavedifficultfindingjobsaftertheygraduate.Thiswillforcethegovernmenttointerveneinemploymentmarket.Onlybyestablishinggoo
5、dlabormarketcanwesolvetheproblemsofthecollegestudents'employment.Thisyear,thegovernmenthasmademanylong-termpoliciesinChina,forexamplefurtherdeepeningeducationsystemreform,adjustingprofessionalstructureandtalenttrainingstructureaccordingtothelabormarketdemand,deepeningcollegegra
6、duates'employmentsystemandthesocialpersonnelsystem,aswellasprovidingpolicyadvice,vocationalguidance,professionalintroductiontocollegestudents.Thesemeasureswillstimulatethedevelopmentofthelabormarketeffectivelyandprovideprotectionforcollegestudents'employment,sothatthestudentsca
