3、ctsspecificdescribedthegovernmentimpacttoourStudents'lifeandstudy.Justforemployment,asisknowntoall,employmentsituationofcurrentuniversitystudentisnotoptimisticinchina.Manynewly-graduatedstudentscouldn'tfindgoodjobrightnow.Takemymajorasexample,Lawisaprofessio
4、nalwithlowestemploymentrateformanyyears.Ononehand,manylawfirmssethighthresholdforstudents,usuallydemandingmaster'sorhigherdegree.Ontheotherhand,China'slegalsystemisnotperfect,solegalsciencespecialtyundergraduatestudentshavedifficultfindingjobsaftertheygradua
5、te.Thiswillforcethegovernmenttointerveneinemploymentmarket.Onlybyestablishinggoodlabormarketcanwesolvetheproblemsofthecollegestudents'employment.Thisyear,thegovernmenthasmademanylong-termpoliciesinChina,forexamplefurtherdeepeningeducationsystemreform,adjusti
6、ngprofessionalstructureandtalenttrainingstructureaccordingtothelabormarketdemand,deepeningcollegegraduates'employmentsystemandthesocialpersonnelsystem,aswellasprovidingpolicyadvice,vocationalguidance,professionalintroductiontocollegestudents.Thesemeasureswil
