1、摘要滚动轴承和齿轮是煤矿机电设备机械系统中最基本的元件,其出现故障的概率很高,一旦滚动轴承和齿轮出现故障就会造成巨大的经济损失,因此必须对其进行监测和诊断。目前的故障诊断方法大都以振动理论为基础,振动信号处理技术是设备故障诊断中最有效、最常用的方法。本文介绍了故障诊断的目的、意义、国内外研究现状、目前常用的故障诊断方法、Matlab小波工具箱、引起滚动轴承及齿轮故障的主要原因等。对小波分析法的理论部分进行了深入研究,并利用Matlab小波工具箱对滚动轴承及齿轮的故障信号进行小波分解。通过对分解所得细节信号的分析,可以准确判断出发生故障的部位及时间。结果表明,小
2、波分析法可以在早期发现故障及其产生原因,减少维修时间,提高维修质量,节约维修费用,是一种行之有效的故障诊断方法。关键词:故障诊断;小波分析;Matlab仿真FailurediagnosisofelectromechanicaldeviceincoalmineAbstract:Theconditionbearingandgearrunisrelatetotheperformancewhichmechanicalsystemrun,theprobabilityitappearsthebreakdownisveryhigh.Oncethebearingandtheg
