1、对中国利率市场化问题的思考提要:随着我国市场经济的发展和经济全球化的迅速蔓延，我国现有的管制利率在经济金融领域内所表现出的种种弊端日益突出，放松利率管制，实行利率市场化的迫切性日益增强。本文通过回顾我国利率政策发展演变过程，分析现行利率管理体制中存在的问题，借鉴其他国家利率市场化经验，就利率市场化的必要性和充分性进行论证分析。分析表明，虽然我国已初步具备了利率市场化的基本条件，但当前推进利率市场化改革还存在一些难点。通过一些相关配套政策措施的实施和完善，我国逐步推进利率市场化改革的时机基本成熟。我国利率市场化改革应采取渐进的方式，遵循先外币、后本币，先批发、
