3、Nextarefoodswhichcomemostlyfromanimals:meat,poultry(禽肉),fish,eggs,yoghurt,cheese.Thesefoodsarerichinprotein,calcium,ironandzinc(锌).Thethirdlevelofthepyramidcontainsvegetablesandfruits.Manypeopleneedtoeatmoreofthesethantheydonow,becausetheysupplyessentialvitamins(维他命),minerals(矿物质)andfibre(纤维)
