5、论知识及专业实践知识。通过理论与实践的结合,是我们更加全面了解本专业的性质及特点;通过专业综合实习可增加我们对所学专业的理解和认识,了解自己未来的发展方向。顶岗实习是人才的培养,是提高我们综合素质的重要环节。转炉车间主要设备转炉车间的主要设备:转炉系统设备、原料供应系统设备、供氧系统设备、烟气净化及回收处理设备、转炉炼钢辅助设备及各种液压设备。转炉炼钢主要工艺设备简介: 转炉(converter) 炉体可转动,用于吹炼钢或吹炼锍的冶金炉。转炉炉体用钢板制成,呈圆筒形,内衬耐火材料,吹炼时靠化学反应热加热,不需外加热源,是最重要的炼钢设备,也可用于铜、镍冶炼。AOD精炼炉 AOD即氩氧
6、脱碳精炼炉,是一项用于不锈钢冶炼的专有工艺。AOD炉型根据容量有3t、6t、8t、10t、18t、25t、30t等。装备水平也由半自动控制发展到智能计算机控制来冶炼不锈钢。 VOD精炼炉 VOD精炼炉(vacuumoxygendecarburization),是在真空状态下进行吹氧脱碳的炉外精炼炉,它以精炼铬镍不锈钢、超低碳钢、超纯铁素体不锈钢及纯铁为主。将初炼钢液装入精炼包中放入密封的真空罐中进行吹氧脱碳、脱硫、脱气、温度调整、化学元素调整。 LF精炼炉 LF(ladlefurnace)炉是具有加热和搅拌功能的钢包精炼炉。加热一般通过电极加热,搅拌是通过底部透气砖进行的。 氧枪
7、 氧枪是转炉供氧的主要设备,它是由喷头、枪身和尾部结构组成。喷头是用导热性良好的紫铜经锻造和切割加工而成,也有用压力浇铸而成的。喷头的形状有拉瓦尔型、直筒型和螺旋型等。目前应用最多的是多孔的拉瓦尔型喷头。拉瓦尔型喷头是收缩—扩张收缩型喷孔,当出口氧压与进口氧压之比p出/p0<0.528时形成超音速射流。 转炉倾炉系统 倾炉系统:变频调速(变频器+电机+减速机+大齿轮) 倾炉机构:倾炉机构由轨道、倾炉油缸、摇架平台
