1、毕业设计(论文)有杆抽油井工况诊断方法及程序摘要:有杆泵采油是世界石油工业传统的采油方式之一,也是迄今在采油工程中一直占主导地位的人工举升方式。及时、准确地掌握有杆抽油系统的工作状况,诊断油井所存在的问题,制定合理的技术措施,使油井及时恢复正常生产,提高举升效率和油井产量,对提高油田开发的综合经济效益具有十分重要意义。本文根据抽油机的几何结构,建立了抽油机悬点位移、速度、加速度等运动参数规律。在有杆泵抽油装置、泵的工作原理的基础上针对不同材质的组合抽油杆柱,对抽油杆微元体进行受力分析,并建立了描述抽油杆柱动力学特性的波动方程。从而建立诊断数学模型,以抽油机的悬点运动规律并结合悬点实测示功图作为
2、诊断模型的边界条件,通过有限差分法对模型进行数值求解,利用VB语言编写程序计算出抽油杆柱的位移和载荷,绘出示功图。根据新疆油田两口生产井资料,通过所编程序对油井进行实例计算,从实测悬点载荷、位移求解出抽油杆不同位置在任意时间段的位移和载荷,并绘出泵示功图。实现对抽油系统工况诊断,验证所编程序。关键词:有杆抽油;示功图;诊断;波动方程;有限差分ABSTRACTRodpump oilrecovery of oilproduction in the worldoilindustry,andsofar in the productionengineering hasbeen dominatedbyar
