3、wasdeveloped.Thebiosensorswerebasedonagraphiteelectrodeandonthiocholine-hexacyanoferratereaction.Theenzyme(AChE)wasco-immobilizedwithanelectronmediator,PrussianBlue,onthesurfaceoftheelectrode.Theeffectoforganicsolventsonacetylcholinesteraseactivitywasestimatedi
4、nthepresenceofpolar(hydrophilic)andnon-polar(hydrophobic)organicsolventsintherangeof0.01-100%.TheabilityoftheAChEbiosensorstoassaypesticideswasdemonstratedbyquantitativedeterminationofdichlorvos,fenthionanddiazinoninethanol.TheassayallowsdeterminationofOPCsinsu
5、b-micromolarconcentrationrangeswithanoverallassaytimeof10minutes.Themethodallowsadaptingthebiosensorfordetectionofpesticidesinactualwatersamples,avoidingtheproceduresofevaporationandresolution.Keywords:biosensor,amperometric,acetylcholinesterase,pesticides1.Int
6、roductionPesticides(herbicides,fungicides,insecticides)arewidelyusedthroughouttheworld,andmillionsoftonsareusedeachyearinagriculture,medicineandindustry.Manyofthemarehighlytoxic,however,andtheiraccumulationinlivingorganismscanbethecauseofseriousdiseases.Because
7、similarcompoundswereproducedaspossiblenervepoisonsafurtherareaofapplicationisinthemilitary.ThedestructionofOPC-basedchemicalweaponsmandatedbyinternationalagreementsoraspartofroutineoperationsalsoleadstoproblemsinenvironmentalcontrolandprotection.Pollutantsofthi
