6、内容墩身钢筋加工及安装一、钢筋加工墩身钢筋采用型号HRB400的Φ14螺纹钢和型号HPB300的φ10光圆钢筋，墩身钢筋在钢筋加工场加工成半成品，运至现场绑扎，进行钢筋下料时（钢筋详细尺寸详见通桥（2009）4301-I、-II），一定要考虑墩身四周结构主筋受承台内预埋墩身钢筋高度不统一的影响因素。为保证墩顶钢筋高度一致，墩身外侧竖向结构主筋下料时，顶部弯钩先不设，钢筋下料长度按照预埋最低钢筋高度来计，待钢筋安装到墩顶时再由人工利用小型机具弯曲。墩身钢筋按规范进行焊接，钢筋搭接必须满足规范要求，钢筋单面焊焊接长度不小于10d，双面焊焊接长度不小于5d
