1、第17页毕业论文民营企业管理模式分析民营企业管理模式分析摘要改革开放以来，我国民营企业发展迅猛，几乎涵盖了各行各业。民营企业不仅在深化国企改革、活跃市场经济、上交利税等方面发挥了巨大的作用，而且在提供就业机会、促进技术创新等方面也做出了显著的贡献。民营企业作为民营经济的微观载体，它的发展道路是曲折的，即使是发展到今天，我国的民营企业仍然存在许多问题，其中有治理结构方面的问题、企业文化方面的问题、制度建设方面的问题、企业战略方面的问题、人力资源方面的问题、管理家族化等。但是，相比较而言，我国民营企业的管理模式

2、方面存在的问题，更是应该引起理论界和企业界普遍关注和高度重视的课题。企业只有正确地选择了与之相匹配的管理模式，其他一切管理问题的改进才有意义，企业才可能不断发展壮大。本文在研读了大量的文献资料基础上，分析了民营企业管理模式的现状，指出了民营企业在选择管理模式时存在的一些问题，并对出现这些问题的原因进行了深入的分析，并给出了民营企业对管理模式选择的对策，以期能够为民营企业管理模式选择实践提供借鉴和参考。第17页关键词：管理模式，民营企业，家族化第17页TheAnalysisoftheManagementMod
