2、比较而言，我国民营企业的管理模式方面存在的问题，更是应该引起理论界和企业界普遍关注和高度重视的课题。企业只有正确地选择了与之相匹配的管理模式，其他一切管理问题的改进才有意义，企业才可能不断发展壮大。本文在研读了大量的文献资料基础上，分析了民营企业管理模式的现状，指出了民营企业在选择管理模式时存在的一些问题，并对出现这些问题的原因进行了深入的分析，并给出了民营企业对管理模式选择的对策，以期能够为民营企业管理模式选择实践提供借鉴和参考。关键词：管理模式，民营企业，家族化第15页TheAnalysisoftheManagementModeinPrivateEnt
