2、4e复合衬砌设计图和配筋设计图S5-4-2-3-9、S5-4-2-3-10;J4b复合衬砌设计图S5-4-2-3-3;J3b复合衬砌设计图S5-4-2-4-2;J5a1复合衬砌设计图和配筋设计图S5-4-2-2-1-1、S5-4-2-2-3。3、岩门隧道及岩门隧道施工组织设计;二、洞身二次衬砌技术要求二衬采用9米长的台车模板进行衬砌,每一模间的搭接长度不小于10cm,台车进洞前先进行精确校准,施工时测量精确定位后,台车模板就位误差不大于10mm,每一模之间须保证搭接平顺,不得出现错台起拱现象。1、二衬钢筋的制安:严格按照图纸尺寸,分布主筋
3、和水平筋,主筋定位严格执行测量交底。保证二衬净空及预埋件位置、钢筋保护层厚度等。钢筋制安严格执行相关规范。箍筋数量及绑扎数量、焊接长度不得少于规范规定。焊接过程中如出现钢筋焊伤现象。须及时更换后重新焊接。2、预留预埋件的安装:根据现场交底,每一模所有的预留预埋件须提前作好安排,必须保证位置精准,尺寸合格。报验后台车方可就位。出现遗漏或位置错误的,脱模后凿除该部位的混凝土,重新安装。三、二衬施工工序说明bebasedonavarietyofgeologicalconditions,throughfieldGroutingtest.(2)th
