1、论文题目:半焦对臭氧氧化模拟苯酚焦化废水的催化研究专业:化学工程与工艺本科生:(签名)指导教师:(签名)摘要半焦催化氧化技术对有机物具有特殊的降解能力和机理,在焦化废水处理方面寄予厚望。但目前,这一技术在国内外还处于开拓阶段。本论文采用臭氧氧化技术和半焦/臭氧氧化技术对苯酚模拟焦化废水去除的效果进行了研究。考察了反应时间、苯酚初始浓度、温度、臭氧流量、半焦投入量及初始pH值等因素对苯酚去除率的影响。研究的结果表明:在臭氧氧化处理苯酚废水的过程中,苯酚去除率随溶液pH增大而增大;初始pH值在碱性条件下,效果显著;苯
2、酚的初始浓度较小时,其去除效果较明显;温度较低时,苯酚去除率随着温度的升高而增大,温度较高时再提高温度,苯酚去除率并非一直显著上升;随着臭氧浓度的增大,苯酚去除率增大,在0.5L/min时效果最为明显。在臭氧氧化处理模拟苯酚废水所确定的最佳条件下,加入半焦对苯酚去除有较好的效果,苯酚去除率随着半焦投入量的增加而增加,未投入半焦时在反应3.5h后苯酚去除率为49.03%,投入0.1克反应3.5h后苯酚去除率为59.45%,投入1.0克时反应3.5h后苯酚去除率为70.01%。随着半焦加入量的增加,催化效果加强,半焦
