1、西南石油大学工程硕士学位论文论文题目:塔河油田机采井工艺优化摘要塔河油田目前共有抽油机井536口,潜油电泵井101口,机采井系统效率低下,一直困扰着塔河油田各大采油厂。为了保障油气产量、减少采油成本,因此塔河油田机采系统工艺优化研究亟待解决。塔河油田油藏非常复杂:开发层位既有奥陶系碳酸盐岩,又有石炭系和三叠系砂岩。并且其原油物性差异大:既有轻质油,又有粘度高、比重大的稠油、超稠油。因此,对于塔河油田机采井工艺进行优化十分必要。本文通过理论研究与现场测试,对塔河油田油藏地质流体特征和机采井生产现状和系统效率现状进行分析,并由此提出机采工艺优化方
2、案,改善系统效率地面硬件措施和井下技术工艺,从而提高塔河油田机械采油井系统效率,达到节能降耗、提高经济效益的目的。具体来说,本文研究内容主要包括:(1)通过对塔河油田现有的机采井现状的统计分析,总结塔河油田抽油机工作效率特点及地面井下工作效率计算方法。(2)针对塔河油田部分低泵效机采井,开展系统效率测试,并对测试结果进行分析评价,找出影响系统效率和泵效的主要因素,提出机采工艺优化方案,提高机采系统效率和泵效。(3)加强新型深抽技术及配套工艺研究,进一步有效解决油田生产实际难题。(4)根据各区块原油物性差异和机采井生产动态,结合油藏地质特征,编
