5、ub-samecross-combinationusedpreviouslyformappingrepro-speciesindicaandjaponica.Wedetectedonlyonereproduciblein-ductivebarriers(14).Evolutionaryanalysisofthecausalgeneswasteraction,andidentifiedparalogoushybridincompatibilitygenes,performedtoinvestigatetheestablishmentofthisgenetic

6、in-DOPPELGANGER1(DPL1)andDOPPELGANGER2(DPL2),byposi-compatibilityinrice.tionalcloning.IndependentdisruptionsofDPL1andDPL2occurredinindicaandjaponica,respectively.DPLsencodehighlyconserved,ResultsandDiscussionplant-specificsmallproteins(∼10kDa)andarehighlyexpressedinDetectionoftheI
