1、水稻恢复系8821花粉育性中性基因的鉴定董庆磊,陈鹏飞,王思哲,吴锦文,刘向东(华南农业大学亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室,广东广州510642)摘耍:制粳亚种间杂种F1具有强人的生物学优势,然而F1育性普遍偏低影响其产量优势发挥。花粉不育是引起釉粳杂种F1育性偏低的最重要原WZ-,主要山S-a.S-b和S-c等至少6个基因座位的互作引起,而各座位上的屮性基因有望克服其不育性,所以挖掘和利川花粉育性中性基因具有重耍意义。本文利用水稻恢复系品种8821分别与粳稻台中65及其携带有花粉不育基因的近等基因系杂交组呢F1,对其F1的花
2、粉育性进行观察,结果发现S・a、S-b互作的各杂种F1花粉育性与无互作的杂种F1比较,彼此差异不显著;进一步利用分子标记检测F2群体中的3种基因型分离比例,结果符合孟徳尔分离比例(1:2:1),说明8821在S-a和S-b座位上同时携带有釉粳杂种F1花粉育性中性基因,该材料有望克服大部分的釉粳杂种不育性,值得进一步深入研究。关键词:水稻;花粉育性;中性基因;恢复系中图分类号:S326IdentiHcationontheneutralgenesforpollen-sterilityinricerestorerline8821DONGQing
