7、直流充电站》两个标准内容,补充了根据我国电动车辆充电技术研究和充电设备生产、运行的成果及经验,同时修改了不适合我国实际情况的有关内容,例如与已发布的国家标准不一致、相矛盾的内容,对指标、过严要求也进行适当调整。本标准也参考了日本JEVSG101-1993标准和美国的SAE-J1772-1996标准。本标准的附录A、附录B为提示的附录。本标准由国家机械工业局提出。本标准由全国汽车标准化技术委员会归口。本标准负资起草单位:清华大学。本标准参加起草单位。北方交通大学、北京兆维集团、信息产业部电子第十八研究所、保定金风帆蓄电池有限公
