3、avetobecompleted,i.e.thecon-structionprogramme;8Thesiteorganizationenvisaged;9Anydesignorprocurementpriorities.Forconvenience,ablockcanbedefinedasageographicalprocessareawithinaproject,whichcanbeeasilyidentified,usuallybecauseitservesaspecificfunction.TheimportanceofProjectPlanningandControlch
4、oosingthecorrectblocks,i.e.drawingthedemarcationlinesinthemostadvantageousway,cannotbeoveremphasized.Thisdecisionhasaneffectnotonlyonthenumberandsizeofplanningnetworksbutalsoontheorganizationofthedesignteamsand,inthecaseoflargeprojects,ontheorganizationalstructureofthesitemanagementset-up.Beca
