7、nagerofOffshoreConstructionforSantaFeInternational.From1971to1989,heservedasProfessorofCivilEngineeringattheUniversityofCalifornia,Berkeley.HeisamemberoftheNationalAcademyofEngineering,theNationalAcademyofConstruction,andanhonorarymemberoftheAmericanSocietyofCivilEngin
