6、业标准制、修订计划项目的通知》(电力[2001]44号文)的安排编制的。本标准主要是根据电力行业火电厂多年来有关汽轮机叶片损伤采用焊接方法修复的研究成果以及积累的经验编写的,对火力发电厂汽轮机叶片修复工作所涉及的焊接和热处理人员的资格、设备及工艺、技术措施、质量与安全等方面做出了具体规定。本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。本标准由电力行业电站焊接标准化技术委员会归口并解释。本标准起草单位:国电电力建设研究所、山东电力研究院、华北电网有限公司焊接技术培训中心、河北电力研究院、江苏电力建设第一工程公司、宁夏电力科技教育工程院。本标准主要起草人:徐德录、张忠文、任永宁、姜运健、张学诚、马彦
7、喜、郭军。本标准为首次发布。IIIDL/T905—2004汽轮机叶片焊接修复技术导则1范围本标准规定了汽轮机叶片焊接修复的技术条件及其验收要求。本标准适用于火力发电厂采用焊条电弧焊、手工钨极氩弧焊方法从事汽轮机叶片的焊接修复,也适用于汽轮机叶片围带及拉筋的焊接修复。2规范性引用文件下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些
