1、行业协会经费筹集中的利益交换——关于温州烟具行业协会的个案研究摘要本论文以行业协会资金筹集过程中的利益交换为研究对象，通过对中国行业协会的典范——温州烟具行业协会的个案考察，总结个案资金筹集中涉及的三种交换行为。政府与行业协会的交换——资金与自主权的交换，企业与行业协会的交换——资金与服务的交换，企业主与行业协会的交换——资金与自我需求满足的交换。本文围绕三种交换行为展开论述，对各自的交换成因、交换模式、交换功能进行详细剖析,得出以下结论。政府与协会的合理交换能使协会管理自主权得到加强，企业与协会的合理交换能使协会服务功能得到扩展，企业家与协会的合理交换能使协会民主治理机制得到建构
