2、tobewelded.weldingprocess.TIGcanbeusedtoweldmoststeelsincludingstainlesssteel,nickelalloyssuchasMonel®andInconel®,Theheat-affectedzone,themoltenmetal,andthetungstenelectrodeareallshieldedfromtheatmospherebyablanketoftitanium,aluminum,magnesium,copper,brass,bronze,andinertg
3、asfedthroughtheGTAWtorch.Inertgasisthatwhichevengold.GTAWcanalsowelddissimilarmetalstooneisinactive,ordeficientinactivechemicalproperties.Theanothersuchascoppertobrassandstainlesstomildsteel.shieldinggasservestoblankettheweldandexcludetheactivepropertiesinthesurroundingair

5、sparent,heat-affectedzone.Ahighconcentrationofheatisanadvantagepermittingtheweldermaximumvisibilityofthearc.Insomewhenweldingmetalswithhighheatconductivitysuchasinstancesasmallamountofreactivegassuchashydrogenaluminumandcopper.Anarrowheat-affectedzoneisancanbeaddedtoenhanc
