1、社会工作介入残疾老人社会康复的个案研究中文摘要社会工作介入残疾老人社会康复的个案研究中文摘要残疾人作为社会的弱势群体，越来越受到社会的广泛关注，但是作为残疾人当中的特殊群体——残疾老人，往往会被社会所忽视。残疾老人不仅需要实现生理、心理的康复，更需要实现社会康复，这对个人、家庭及社会具有重要的意义。本文以苏州X社区的七位残疾老人为个案，通过对他们的观察与访谈，评估影响他们的一系列问题和需要，然后通过建立关系、实施介入、评估与结案的社会工作实务过程，运用社会工作的个案工作和小组工作方法帮助残疾老人。本文旨在挖掘残疾老人的优势与潜能，改变他们面临的自身、家庭
