4、sel¯sh,dishonestandmaliciouspeerbehaviors.So,naturally,weadvocatethatP2Psystemsthatgraduallyactasanimportantinformationinfrastructureshouldbemulti-disciplinaryresearchtopic,andre°ectcertainfeaturesofoursociety.So,fromeconomicandsocialperspective,thispaperdesignstheincentive-co

5、mpatiblereputationfeedbackschemebasedonwell-knowneconomicmodel,andcharacterizesthesocialfeaturesoftrustnetworkintermsofe±ciencyandcost.Speci¯cally,ourframeworkhastwodistinctivepurposes:¯rst,fromhigh-levelperspective,wearguetrustsystemisaspecialkindofsocialnetwork,andanaccurate

6、characterizationofthestructuralpropertiesofthenetworkcanbeoffundamentalimportancetounderstandthedynamicsofthesystem.Thus,inspiredbytheconceptofweightedsmall-world,thispaperproposesnewmeasurementstocharacterizethesocialpropertiesoftrustsystem,thatis,highglobalandlocale±ciency,a

7、ndlowcost;then,fromrelativelow-levelperspective,wearguethatreputationfeedbackisaspecialkindofinformation,anditisnotfree.So,basedoneconomicmodel,VCG(Vickrey-Clarke-Grove)-likereputationremunerationmechanismisproposedtostimulaterationalpeersnotonlytoprovidereputationfeedback,but
