4、,andIsrael.ThebookprovidesadetailedstudyoftheriseofthesoftwareindustryinIrelandandofthestateinstitutionsandpoliticalconditionsthatpro-motedit.Itshowshownew“network-state”policiesandinstitutionshavebeencentraltohigh-techregionselsewhere.Ultimately,theanaly
