3、orysuggeststhatemployeesattendtoanarrayofindependenttrustcuesinanygivensituationbutfailstoidentifywhichcuesareimportantwhen.Inafour-wavelongitudinalfieldstudy,wedemonstratehownewcoworkerintentionstoengageintrustbehaviors(relianceanddisclosure)evolveduringemployeesocializationandexamin

4、ethetrustcuesthatprimedecisionstotrust.Wepresentalatentgrowthmodeloftrustdevelopmentthatreveals,forthefirsttime,thatrelianceanddis-closureintentionsinearlyworkrelationshipsdevelopinapositive,nonlinearpatternovertime.Furthermore,thestudyindicatesthatpropensitytotrusthasastatisticallysi

5、gnificanteffectontheinitialstatusofintentiontorelyonanddiscloseinformationtocoworkersbutnotonchangesintrustbehaviorovertime.Themultiwavedesignpermitscomprehensiveassessmentofthechangeinimpactofdifferenttrustcuesovertimeanddemonstratesthattheimportanceofcer-taincuesvariesdependingprima
