7、ysyndrome(AIDS)drugcandidateinChina.Herein,wereportthatSPMGwaseffectiveatprotectingTlymphocytesagainstapoptosis.FurtherstudiesindicatedthatSPMGsignificantlyelevatedmitochondrialmembranepotential(MMP)ofTcells,inhibitedmitochondrialreleaseofcytochromec(cytoc)inTcells,enha
