3、ive,knowledgeisanendinitself.Fromanorganizationalandmanagementperspective,knowledgealsohasapracticalside.Organizationalandmanagementresearchadvancesandshapesorgani-zationalobjectives,culture,individualsandsocietiesasitprovidesnewinsightsthatinformpremisesuponwhichdecisionsandjudgementsarebased.M
4、oreover,managementresearchmayuncoverundesirablecircum-stancesandcontributetotheidentificationofalternativecoursesofactionandtheirlikelyconsequences.Managementresearchcanalsocontributetoimpor-tantcriticalcorrectivesbysheddinglightonsituationsofundesirableorganizationaloutcomes.Assuch,thedemandont
