1、题目压缩机拉刀刀体厚度测量仪研究学生姓名学号所在学院专业班级指导教师______完成地点年月日压缩机拉刀刀体厚度测量仪研究[摘要]超声波是指频率在20KHz以上的机械波,在超声波到达不同的传播介质时会在分界面产生反射和折射现象,利用超声波的这一物理特性,发明了超声波传感器,并且广泛用于工业领域。本次课题为压缩机拉刀刀体厚度的在线检测,也就是超声波测距原理的运用,本论文将以超声波测距原理为主,结合单片机原理,设计一种小型化的超声波测厚仪,可以用于金属零件的在线厚度检测。本设计利用超声波在空气中的传播
2、速度以及在发射器、障碍物和接收器之间传播的时间计算出障碍物的距离,通过一个四位的七段数码管显示出来。系统的设计主要包括两部分,即硬件电路和软件程序。硬件电路主要包括单片机电路、发射电路、接收电路、显示电路和复位电路等。硬件电路以AT89s52单片机为核心,并具有低成本、微型化等特点。软件程序主要由主程序、预置子程序、发射子程序、接收子程序、显示子程序等模块组成。硬件电路和软件程序的有序配合,完善了整个超声波测距系统。[关键词]超声波测距;STC89c52;最小系统;厚度检测;Broachcompr
