1、企业财务控制方式研究论文摘要：现代企业正在成为中国经济发展进程中的重要生力军。但是，随着现代企业在投资规模上的不断扩张和投资层次上的日益延伸，现代企业财务控制问题正在变得日益紧迫。这是普遍存在于国有企业集团和民营企业集团的共同困境。目前，现代企业正逐渐成为我国企业在国际市场上竞争的主导力量。在市场经济条件下，现代企业的兴衰成败，在很大程度上取决于集团的财务管理，而财务控制又是现代企业财务管理的中心环节。不少现代企业通过强化财务控制使集团效益明显上升，甚至一些亏损的现代企业通过加强财务控制使企业实现了扭亏为盈。本文在阐述我国现代企业财务控制存在的主要问题的基础上，对财务控制方式的选择
