5、站这样一座重要的大型城市供水泵站,为了满足其流量大、扬程高、单机容量大、泵站特征参数变幅大等特殊要求,在进水前池的设计中采用前池数值水力仿真分析、水工模型实验及三维紊流数值模拟等试验研究手段弥补现行规范中的一些空白,合理有效地控制前池内部流态对水泵吸水性能影响,分析验证前池的面积和体形布置的合理性;提出泵站运行时各种工况下的前池水位控制方式;优化前池特征运行水位,提高最低运行水位,从而提高水泵机组的安装高程,减少前池、主副厂房等主体建筑物的工程量和工程投资。
