1、低电压接线座注塑模设计摘要低电压接线座是低电压插座中一个集造型、结构作用的重要部件。它有一定的生产批量。本次毕业设计的主题是低电压接线座注塑模设计,考虑到塑件与低电压插座体及内部元器件之间有配合要求,所以塑件的部分尺寸精度要求较高。塑件的外形较复杂,结合模具结构设计应合理,质量可靠,操作方便,可以采用一模二腔、单分型面的模具结构,为使加工方便,型腔和型芯的结构都采用镶拼式,并且在设计中还要对型腔侧壁和支承板进行强度和刚度的校核。塑件材料POM,是一种性能优良的热塑性工程塑料,其性能不亚于尼龙,而价格却比尼龙低廉。但缺点是成型收缩率大,在模具
