1、摘要汽车的完美外表，往往给人一种赏心悦目的感觉。但随着汽车保有量的增多，汽车问题也越来越突出。尤其是汽车完美的外表的损伤，就难免对汽车表面进行修补。在修补的过程中，高质量漆面不是问题，关键在于修补后所喷部位与原漆面之间色差控制。这个色差控制成为汽车漆面修补关键技术【1】。本文通过对颜色的认识及汽车调漆涂料的基本认识，了解目前汽车调色行业的解决方法，如采用汽车原厂漆修补方法，色标卡修补方法，人工调漆积累经验的修补方法。但无论使用哪种方法，汽车面漆色差的情况同样会发生，如何避免或减小色差的出现，是现在市场所要面临的
2、问题。目前汽车调色减小色差的最简单的方法是采用仪器测量，要求修补后车身颜色与原车相比在色差的控制范围内。通过了解测色仪的分类，工作原理，使用方法，根据色差的数字化表述及颜色偏离标准进行定量比较，提供可靠的依据，进行颜色的修正，进而避免或减小色差的出现。本文所要做的工作如下：（1）汽车调色修补方法；（2）色差的认识及色差仪的使用；（3）使用色差仪调色具体方案。关键词：修补方法，色差，色差仪26AbstractConsidertheperfectvehicleappearance,oftengivingapleas
