1、汽车的完美外表,往往给人一•种赏心悦FI的感觉。但随着汽车保有量的增多,汽车问题也越来越突出。尤其是汽车完美的外表的损伤,就难免对汽车表面进行修补。在修补的过程屮,高质量漆面不是问题,关键在于修补后所喷部位与原漆面之间色差控制。这个色差控制成为汽车漆面修补关键技术⑴。本文通过对颜色的认识及汽车调漆涂料的基本认识,了解H前汽车调色行业的解决方法,如采用汽车原厂漆修补方法,色标卡修补方法,人工调漆积累经验的修补方法。但无论使用哪种方法,汽车面漆色差的情况同样会发生,如何避免或减小色差的出现,是现在市场所要面临的问题。忖前汽车调色减小
2、色差的最简单的方法是采用仪器测量,要求修补后车身颜色与原车相比在色差的控制范I韦I内。通过了解测色仪的分类,工作原理,使用方法,根据色差的数字化表述及颜色偏离标准进行定量比较,提供可靠的依据,进行颜色的修止,进而避免或减小色差的出现。本文所要做的工作如下:(1)汽车调色修补方法;(2)色差的认识及色差仪的使用;(3)使用色差仪调色具体方案。关键词:修补方法,色差,色差仪AbstractConsidertheperfectvehicleappearance,oftengivingapleasantfeeling.Butwithth
