1、摘要中国目前已经发展成为全球最大的鞋类产品生产基地,在世界鞋业不断融合的情况下,茂名市吴川市皮鞋产业的发展既面临机遇也面临挑战。如何认清目前的形势,并采取恰当的手段促进成都鞋业取得更大的发展,是茂名鞋业企业和有关部门共同关心和面对的重要课题。本文参照中国鞋业发展宏观经济形势的预测、相关行业的前景分析,首先依据管理学上的企业战略管理理论,从分析嘉进的内外部环境入手,运用行业竞争结构模型等方法,对企业发展战略进行研究探讨,对企业的外部宏观环境、竞争环境以及公司的经营管理模式、组织结构以及人力资源、财务状况、生产经营能力等基本情况通过理论演绎和数理
