6、用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组合而成的一种高效专用机床。它常用多刀,多面多工位同时加工,是一种工序高度集中的加工方法,其生产率和自动化程度高,加工精度稳定。组合机床的通用部件,已由国家制定了完整的系列和标准,设计制造组合机床时,可根据具体的工件和工艺要求,选用相应的通用部件。因而组合机床与一般专用机床相比具有以下特点:设计周期短便于使用与维修;通用部件由专厂生产质量易于保证,机床加工精度稳定,工作可靠,制造成本低;通用部件可重复使用,组成新的机床,有利于企业产品的更新换代。随着组合机床生产技术的发展,通用部件的系列标准在不断攻进和完善,为与国际标准(ISO)

7、接轨,我国于1983年颁布了13项与ISO等效的通用部件新标准(国家标准)。由于组合机床具有上述特点并具有生产率高,加工精度稳定的优点,因而在汽车,柴油机,电机,机床等一些具有一定生产批量的企业中得到了广泛的应用。为了适应高新技术的发展,我们设计小组针对12m2第62页山东科技大学学生毕业设计(论文)立式自动压滤机减速箱箱体的工艺特点,进行组合机床的设计,并组成一整套的自动加工生产线。此说明书是对钻孔工序,设计的一台组合钻床,因是第一次涉及这方面的设计,难免有许多不足,请各位老师批评指正。摘要关键词:组合钻、接杆、多轴箱、底座主要任务是完成“三图一卡”的设计,
