1、盐城工学院本科生毕业设计说明书2009柴油机机体三面精镗组合机床总体及左主轴箱设计摘要:柴油机机体是需要大量生产的零件。为了提高加工精度和生产效率,需要设计一台组合机床来改善它的加工情况。本课题设计一台加工柴油机机体的三面精镗组合机床,主要完成机床总体和左主轴箱的设计工作。根据柴油机机体的结构特点、加工部位、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及生产率等要求,确定该机床为单工位卧式组合机床,机床采用卧式单工位三面加工的方案,加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便;为确保加工精度,采用“三面”的定位方案;为实现无级调速,操作可靠,选择液压滑台;根据零件的大小及被加工孔的位置确定主轴箱的轮廓尺寸;
