1、毕业设计(论文)____________________________________________________________________________________________2323毕业设计(论文)____________________________________________________________________________________________摘要本研究以碳化硅为主料,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为造孔剂,分别用SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3和SiO2-高岭土作为助烧剂,制备了多孔碳化硅陶瓷,研究了
2、不同SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3和SiO2-高岭土含量对多孔碳化硅材料结构和力学性能的影响。SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3和SiO2-高岭土的含量影响碳化硅多孔陶瓷的气孔率、硬度及其抗折强度。本次实验采用了阿基米德法测量多孔陶瓷的气孔率,采用洛氏硬度仪测量了其硬度,采用万能材料试验机测量了其抗折强度。实验结果表明:以SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3为助烧剂,且SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3含量为20%时,所制备的碳化硅多孔陶瓷性能较以SiO2-高岭土为助烧剂时优越。以SiO2-Y2O3-Al2O3为助烧剂,在1500℃可以制备出性能较好的多孔碳化硅陶瓷。当S
