1、超声对大鼠牙骨质修复过程中TGF-β1表达和OPG/RANKL表达比值的影响*李晓彦霍俊滨霍娜刘永召王晓玲徐娟目录超声对大鼠牙骨质修复过程中TGF-β1表达和OPG/RANKL表达比值的影响*11【摘要】目的:研究超声在大鼠牙骨质修复过程中对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达和骨保护蛋白、核因子-KB受体活化因子配体(OPG/RANKL)表达比值的影响。方法:选择32只健康雄性Wistar大鼠建立正畸性牙根吸收动物模型,随机分为4组,每组8只,分别为空白对照组,单纯加力组,自然修复组,超声修复组,其中用频率1.5MHz,强度100MW/cm2的治疗超声对超声修复组的实验牙在2周的修复期进
2、行每天15min治疗超声照射。2周治疗结束后,取上颌第一磨牙及其牙周组织,制作以上颌第一磨牙为中心的,近远中方向的组织切片,行TGF-β1,OPG,RANKL,免疫组化染色,光镜观察并作免疫组化光密度分析,对实验结果进行单因素方差分析。x+an=k=0nnkxkan-k结果:超声修复组TGF-β1的光密度值(0.36228±0.02833),明显高于自然修复组(0.24576±0.03183),差异有统计学意义。超声修复组OPG/RANKL光密度值比值(1.1126±0.096),也明显高于自然修复组(0.7835±0.067)差异有统计学意义。结论:超声通过上调TGF-β1表达,改变OPG
