1、纯碱副产物氯化钠的提纯试验研究摘要以公司生产的纯碱副产物氯化钠为研究对象,测定其各组分的含量。探讨在化学沉淀法中沉淀剂的加入量、反应温度、搅拌强度、反应时间等操作条件对除去杂质效果的影响,选出最佳的工艺操作参数,通过正交试验,确定最优组合及判断影响因素的显著水平;探讨在重结晶法中冷却温度、结晶次数等操作条件对除去杂质效果的影响,选出最佳的工艺操作参数,通过正交试验,确定最优组合及判断影响因素的显著水平。实验结果表明,通过化学沉淀法最优组合参数处理后的氯化钠产品其氯化钠含量从90.525%提高到99.515%,水分含量从7.183%下降到0.209%,水
