1、分类号密级UDC编号本科毕业论文(设计)题目论工程合同在工程建设中的作用摘要：随着我国工程项目合同管理制的建立与实行，各工程建设单位都充分认识到合同管理对工程建设的重要意义。工程建设中的合同管理是一项融法律、经济与一体的综合性管理工作。它一方面直接记录这工程活动的点点滴滴，并一方面还间接反映了建设全过程的原始情况，是工程管理过程中不可或缺的重要依据。本文分析了工程合同管理的作用，分析了其存在的一些问题，并提出了一些相应的解决对策，希望能给工程合同案管理工作带来一定的启发。在市场经济条件下，随着社会法制建设的不断完善和社会法治意识的不断加强，“按合同办事”已成为工程建设领域公认的一
