1、摘要我国早在二十世纪结束时，就已经步入到老龄化国家的行列。速度快、来势猛是我国老龄化的显著特征。随着我国老年人口规模的日益扩大，老年人口的养老问题也逐渐升级为我们关注的焦点和热点，与此同时，养老服务的问题也日益突出。我国一直深受儒家思想文化的影响，“养儿防老”、“百行孝为先”等都是孝文化在人们日常生活中的反映。长期以来，“家庭养老”便逐渐变成了我国的传统的养老方式。然而，随着时代的变迁与发展，我国的现代化进程也在不断加速，传统的养老方式受到冲击，弱化了家庭本身的支持功能，影响了我国的家庭结构的变化；而且虽然目前机构养老是中国的主流养老方式，但其自身也存在着专业人员
