1、摘要我国早在二十世纪结束时，就已经步入到老龄化国家的行列。速度快、来势猛是我国老龄化的显著特征。随着我国老年人口规模的日益扩大，老年人口的养老问题也逐渐升级为我们关注的焦点和热点，与此同时，养老服务的问题也日益突出。我国一直深受儒家思想文化的影响，“养儿防老”、“百行孝为先”等都是孝文化在人们日常生活中的反映。长期以来，“家庭养老”便逐渐变成了我国的传统的养老方式。然而，随着时代的变迁与发展，我国的现代化进程也在不断加速，传统的养老方式受到冲击，弱化了家庭本身的支持功能，影响了我国的家庭结构的变化；而且虽然目
2、前机构养老是中国的主流养老方式，但其自身也存在着专业人员缺乏、运行成本高、养老设施不完善等弱点和局限性。于是，老人们的需求也越来越多的倾向于社区养老服务。为此，我国应逐步完善居家养老社区服务，建立以家庭为基础、社区为依托、政府来扶持、社会来参与的居家养老服务体系。关键字老龄化城市社区社区服务养老需求16AbstractIntheearlyendofthetwentiethcentury,ithasenteredtheranksoftheagingcountries.Fast,fierceandsignif
